We are Solomons Rehab & Healthcare and we are looking for the best and brightest to help us change long term care. We are looking for a 3-11 RN Evening Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Positions Summary: Assists the administrator in the implementation and attainment of nursing department goals and objectives. Responsible for the supervision and administration of the total nursing service program in evening. The 3-11 RN Supervisor directs the operation and staff by delivery of nursing care and service while adhering to all federal, state and local regulatory requirements. Coordinate programs and services under the direction and consultation of the administrator and medical director.

Requirements

Covid Vaccinated
Current nursing license in the state of Rhode Island
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Three years experience in management preferred working in long term care
Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Knowledge of federal and state regulations relating to resident care and rights
RN License
