Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in California
- Minimum one year of experience working with seniors
- Two or more years of leadership or management experience
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management knowledge
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships with residents, families, and team members
- Comfortable using computer systems and electronic documentation
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities as needed
