Duties
Clinical Excellence: Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents according to established nursing standards of practice.
Care Coordination: Actively monitor and update individualized resident care plans to reflect their current status and needs.

Utilize specialized skills to manage IV medications and perform complex dressing changes as required.
Leadership & Supervision: Directly supervise assigned employees, including planning, directing work, and fostering a positive environment for employee engagement.
Performance Management: Participate in the supervisory lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance, and addressing employee complaints or problems.
Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to all laws, regulations, and corporate policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of both residents and staff.
Communication: Effectively communicate and exchange information with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team in English, both orally and in writing.
Required Qualifications
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure
Current LPN licensure for the state of practice is required.
Certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Technical
Skills
Must possess the ability and proficiency to perform IV medication administration and dressing changes.
Physical
Requirements
Ability to lift at least 35 lbs and the physical stamina to move, position, and assess information throughout the shift.
