BMC is a local, independent, and physician-owned medical group with over 20 primary and specialty care departments, 90 providers, and 325+ clinical and support professionals. Since our founding by 10 physicians in 1949, we have grown and evolved to meet the needs of Boulder County and beyond. We currently have clinics located in Boulder (2 locations), Louisville, Longmont, and Erie. Summary Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) candidates forPhone Triage positions in our OB/GYN team! This position is benefit eligible working Part-time 27 hours per week (3 days) Monday, Wednesday and Thursday's. This position is fully in person at our Foothills Clinic location, 4745 Arapahoe Ave Ste 200, Boulder. Day shift schedules are Monday through Friday. Experience working in both primary care and specialty care clinics. Job Duties Provides comprehensive professional nursing care to individuals and/or families acting as the patient's advocate, facilitator, and educator. Recognizes, evaluates, and responds to emergency or unusual situations in the clinic, using nursing judgment to ensure medical care. Assists the patient and/or instructs the patient in preparation for the provider's examination and/or specific treatment. Prepares examination/treatment rooms for provider's use by ensuring that appropriate supplies, equipment and instruments are available and ready on a daily basis. Maintains examination/treatment rooms in a neat and orderly manner. Assists the provider with examination by anticipating needs for instruments and supplies. (e.g., minor surgery, pelvic examinations, diagnostic procedures, etc.) Required Experience Must be able to recognize and identify patient's symptoms and use appropriate professional judgment in course of action. Requirements Graduate of accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure by the State of Colorado. Experience 1-2 years' nursing experience in a medical office, clinic or hospital, preferred. The starting hourly pay range for this position is commensurate with experience: $36.04 - $45.06/hour This position will be posted for a minimum of three days, subsequently until filled.
