Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, business community, and vendors
- Experience applying knowledge of standard practices (ACHC, URAC standards)
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers
- Basic PC skills: internet, email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve and improve processes
- Access to reliable transportation; valid driver's license and proof of insurance if using personal vehicle
