PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR – RN. Coordinates and performs patient assessments, development and implementation of Patient Care Plans, administers treatments and nursing interventions, provides nursing care in accordance with infection control and safety policies, initiates emergency measures, ensures documentation compliance, manages supply and medication inventories, coordinates staffing, supervises staff performance, and ensures patient rights are protected.
