Allegiance Home Health is seeking an RN to work in Broward County per-diem. Responsibilities: Conducts initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the client's needs, including OASIS; Performs starts-of-care, resumptions-of-care, re-certifications, and discharges; Provides nursing care following established nursing service objectives and standards; Responds to emergency situations; Ensures that all safety and infection control practices are followed; Observes and reports any changes in the client's mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to immediate supervisor; Ensures that required documentation is complete in a timely manner and is in compliance with regulations and standards.
