About the Role
As a Director of Nursing, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a supportive, mission-driven environment. You will lead and manage the nursing department, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You will also oversee individualized care plans that meet both medical and emotional needs, conduct resident health assessments, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.

Conduct resident health assessments and supervise MDS completion
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
Champion resident rights and train staff on advocacy principles
Manage staffing levels and shift coverage to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Stay current on healthcare trends and best practices in nursing administration
Requirements
RN license in Missouri with proven leadership experience in skilled nursing
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Commitment to resident advocacy and quality improvement
Proficiency in staffing coordination and shift management
Analytical mindset with sound decision-making abilities
