We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and guide an interdisciplinary team of nurses, home health aides, social workers, and chaplains serving the territory north of I-10. This role provides direct leadership and supervision, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence in patient-centered care.

Requirements
- RN license
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current RN license to practice in the state of Texas
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Home health, hospice or public health nursing experience
- Ability to supervise staff and coordinate services
- Five years minimum management experience, hospice/palliative experience preferred
- CPR Certification
- BLS Certification
- Driver's License
