*Summary*
CareRev is seeking experienced Step-Down Registered Nurses who are ready to work on their terms. In this role, you’ll provide skilled nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care who still require close monitoring and specialized support. You’ll care for patients with complex medical needs, monitor changes in condition, administer treatments, and collaborate with care teams to support safe, effective recovery.

*Requirements*
- Current RN license and good standing with the Delaware State Board of Nursing.
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Stepdown RN (most recent experience within the last year).
- Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes.
- Must have strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills, as well as assessment skills relating to a variety of conditions/diagnoses.
- Strong familiarity titrating common drips such as Heparin, Cardizem, and Amiodarone following facility protocols, and current ACLS guidelines.
- Strong experience with managing cardiac, vascular, and other complex/higher acuity patients.
Pay: $66.00 - $74.00 per hour
