The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Clinical Registered Nurse - Urgent Care. The preferred schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The clinical Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role focuses on urgent care, providing rapid assessment, prioritization, and treatment of acute, non-life-threatening conditions while supporting providers and ensuring efficient clinic flow.
Requirements
Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience (urgent care, emergency, or outpatient setting preferred)
Experience with triage and acute patient care strongly preferred
Wound care certification is strongly desired and preferred
Proficiency in IV insertion, management, and medication administration
Experience or ability in managing clinic flow and team communication preferred
Familiarity with EHR systems and clinical workflows
