About this role
Field Nurse position at Mid America Home Health Care. The skilled nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, providing and documenting nursing care for patients in their home environment. Duties include making home visits, performing physical assessments, developing plans of care, coordinating multidisciplinary care teams, supervising LPNs and Home Health Aides, providing skilled nursing care and assessments, and maintaining clinical records.
