Requirements
- At least 1 year of nursing/nursing home experience
- RN License or LPN
- Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents
- Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care
- Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing
- Maintain safety of residents
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines
