- Occupational Therapy License
- Licensed clinician (nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, pharmacy technician, dietitian, respiratory therapist) preferred
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
- 2 years of experience
- Two or more years of experience in a clinical environment required
- Two or more years of experience in an informatics role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field preferred
- Licensed clinician such as nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, pharmacy technician, dietitian, respiratory therapist preferred
- Occupational Therapy License
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), social and organizational skills
