Why Nurse Leaders Choose Concierge Home Care Leadership with Support • Lead and mentor a team of skilled home health clinicians • Collaborate with experienced executive and clinical leadership • Play a key role in expanding patient access to high-quality care Technology That Supports Your Team • AI-supported documentation tools to improve efficiency • WellSky (Kinnser) EMR is designed for home health workflows Compensation & Growth Compensation: Negotiable competitive salary based on years of experience with quarterly bonus opportunities • Additional earning opportunities include: Pay-per-visit compensation for field visits completed by the Clinical Manager, and admin on-call pay • Clear opportunities for leadership growth within a rapidly expanding organization Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN) Responsibilities include: • Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff • Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance • Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes • Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams • Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence • Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed Schedule: Monday–Friday leadership role (primarily office-based)

Requirements

  • Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
  • Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
  • At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency (required)
  • Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
