The Nursing Team at Messiah Lifeways is seeking dedicated Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
$3,000 Sign On Bonus available to those who qualify!
Schedule
- Day Shift, with rotating holidays and weekends
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift, with rotating holidays and weekends
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Night Shift, with rotating holidays and weekends
- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

The CNA provides compassionate, hands-on care to residents, supporting their daily living needs including personal hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and overall comfort. Care is delivered in alignment with individualized care plans and Messiah Lifeways’ commitment to dignity and respect.
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with meals, nourishment, and feeding
- Support mobility needs, including transfers with mechanical or staff assistance
- Escort or transport residents to activities, appointments, therapy, and other destinations
- Observe and document resident conditions, behaviors, and appetite; report changes to nursing staff
- Use and maintain equipment and supplies responsibly and cost-effectively

What You’ll Bring
- CNA Certification (required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- One year of long-term care experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort with technology: Microsoft Office, POC, Electronic Health Records
- Ability to stay organized, accurate, and focused in a fast-paced environment
