- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Current unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse license; Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) credential or eligibility (upon hire); Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience; Two years experience in simulation-based education, nursing skills instruction, clinical instruction, or healthcare education; Experience working with diverse populations; Background check; Preferred: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or related field; College teaching or clinical instruction experience; Knowledge of AACN (2021 and 2026) Essentials, INACSL Standards of Best Practice, CCNE accreditation standards, and Oregon State Board of Nursing regulations
