Role Overview: The Registered Nurse Dialysis provides high-quality nursing care in a patient-centered environment, collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. They serve as a key communicator between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions to develop and adjust care plans. Deliver safe, effective care following policies and procedures, documenting assessments and interventions. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating essential information. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. Mentor and support professional growth of colleagues, fostering a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Certifications in BLS and other relevant areas, required upon hire. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Commitment to professional development and adherence to standards.
