Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Monitor residents' health status and report any changes
Develop and update care plans in collaboration with healthcare team
Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Document all resident care activities thoroughly
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
Valid Texas RN license
Proven experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
