Role: The RRT Nurse is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating rapid response assessments, interventions, and documentation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. They respond to RRT calls, manage patient crises, communicate with healthcare teams, and educate patients, families, and staff. Key Responsibilities Respond to RRT calls and coordinate patient care during emergencies Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions Document interventions and outcomes using SBAR Develop clinical practice guidelines and monitor patient outcomes Collect, analyze, and trend RRT data for quality improvement Serve as a professional role model, mentor peers, and support a positive work environment Promote evidence-based practice and ensure compliance with policies Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred Current RN licensure in Georgia or multi-state compact Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and critical care certification preferred Minimum 2 years of critical care nursing experience Strong communication, multitasking, and emergency response skills Proficiency in computer skills and adherence to ethical standards The role emphasizes leadership, data analysis, and collaboration to improve patient safety and care quality in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
