RN Admissions Nurse

Lynbrook Restorative Therapy and Nursing has an opportunity for an Admissions Nurse to join their team. Must be a Registered Nurse to apply. The Admission Nurse is responsible for admitting all new patients to the facility while ensuring the nursing operational standards of the facility are met. Completes all paperwork for the Nursing Admission Assessment, enters data into Electronic Medical Record, obtains orders from MD, completes Fall Risk Assessment, Pressure Ulcer Risk Assessment/Braden Scale, administers 1st dose of PPD within 24 hrs, and ensures all paperwork for the admission is complete.
