Birchwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking Seasoned and Newly Graduated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). The CNA provides direct, hands-on care to residents to ensure residents attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and emotional well-being. Responsibilities include assisting nurses by providing ADL services (bathing, grooming, dressing, meals), documenting vital signs, assisting with Restorative Nursing duties, answering call lights, observing safety policies, mentoring new CNAs, and restocking supplies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Graduate of an accredited CNA Course
Valid PA state licensure as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated experience within a skilled nursing facility
Valid PA CNA Certification
English proficiency
Entry level
Long-term care facility experience
