We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team in an after-hours, 7-on/7-off on-call role. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, patient-centered environment and is committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
In this important role, you will coordinate and manage patient care after regular business hours , ensuring that patients and families receive prompt, compassionate support when they need it most. You will assess clinical needs, provide skilled nursing interventions, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care.
Your dedication will help uphold our mission to deliver hospice care that emphasizes comfort, dignity, and quality of life for every patient and their loved ones.
The position will cover our SavannahLexington, TN office location areas, including the surrounding and outlying communities.
