We are seeking a new graduate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a comprehensive Nurse Residency Program. Responsibilities include: Providing safe, evidence-based patient care with support from clinical preceptors Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient experiences Utilizing advanced technology and clinical tools Participating in structured learning, simulation, and specialty rotations Building confidence and skills through hands-on practice and mentorship Qualifications: Current RN license or eligibility in a Nurse Licensure Compact state Diploma, ADN, or higher from an accredited program 0-6 months RN experience American Heart Association BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP within 6 months as required Key program features: Year-long cohort with peer nurses $20,000 incentive bonus Dedicated clinical preceptor and ongoing mentorship Continuing education credits and specialty rotations Join a supportive, community-focused environment with diverse clinical experiences across medical-surgical, telemetry, behavioral health, women's services, emergency, and endoscopy units.
