We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support our Director of Nursing (DON) in reshaping our nursing team, staffing structures, and spearheading overall change management. The ADON will play a key role in supervising clinical initiatives, monitoring key performance metrics, and enhancing patient satisfaction. Additionally, the ADON will focus on mentorship, staff development, and increasing morale within the nursing department. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and a pioneering spirit to navigate the challenges of a long-term care facility.

Requirements

  • Licensed as an RN in the state of Illinois
  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility
  • Previous nurse supervisor experience
  • Expertise in staff education and change management
