$10,000 sign-on bonus! We are seeking individuals with genuine empathy and patience to help care for our residents' needs. Applicants must have a caring approach and be willing to care for the needs of patients and the team. Pillars for successful employment are work ethic, integrity, and competence. We are currently seeking a RN. Job Responsibilities and Duties: Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans; Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member; Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support; Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment; Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records; Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing; Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills; Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Current unencumbered state license as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
