Wellness Director (RN or LPN)

We are currently seeking a Full-time Wellness Director to work at Andersonville Supportive Living seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to lead our Wellness Department and support our mission of promoting health and well-being for our residents. In this leadership role, you will provide direct nursing care, guide the clinical team, and oversee the daily operations of the department. * About the Role: * We are hiring a *Wellness Director of Nursing (RN or LPN)* to join our leadership team. This role is responsible for managing nursing services and ensuring high-quality, person-centered care for residents. Your leadership will play a key role in maintaining our strong reputation for clinical excellence and community wellness. *The responsibilities of the Wellness Director include, but are not limited to:* * Oversee the nursing team and promote the highest standards of wellness and care for residents * Provide direct nursing care as needed and support daily clinical operations * Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and resident records * Provide coaching, support, and supervision to nursing staff * Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies *Minimum Qualifications: * * Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois * Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills *Preferred Qualifications: * * Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or supportive living * Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Thorek is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
