Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice. Previous experience in home health, private duty, or outpatient nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and caregivers. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and basic computer skills. CPR and other relevant certifications as required. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
