Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives through energetic and proactive nursing practices.

Responsibilities

Administer medications, injections, and other treatments following physician orders and safety protocols.
Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, sterile processing, and specimen collection.
Operate electronic health records (EHR) systems accurately to document resident information, medical records, and treatment details..

Requirements

Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in NY.
Demonstrated competency in patient assessment techniques including vital signs monitoring.
