About this role

Unity Hospice is looking for an admission nurse (RN) to join their team. The primary duty is to conduct initial assessments and evaluation of new patients, admit them to the hospice program when appropriate, provide skilled nursing care, provide case management services, travel to patients wherever they reside, and participate in an on-call schedule.

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Driver's license, insurance and vehicle
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience (preferred)
  • Hospice experience: 2 years (preferred)
