Are you a versatile RN who thrives in fast-paced environments? We're seeking an experienced Float Pool RN to provide care across Med Surg, ICU, and Emergency Department units. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with critical care experience who enjoy variety and teamwork. Position Details: Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float Pool. Specialty: Med Surg / Critical Care. Location: Geneva, NY. Assignment Length: 14 Weeks. Shift: Full-Time Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM. Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts. Every other weekend required. Holiday rotation required. Two on-call shifts required every 4-week period. Must be comfortable floating between Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Emergency Department (ED). Must be willing to float between multiple hospital locations.

Requirements

  • Active NY RN License
  • Active NY RN License
  • BSN required
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Critical Care
  • Critical care experience required
  • Current BLS certification (AHA or RQI)
  • Current ACLS certification (AHA or RQI)
  • Current PALS certification (AHA or RQI)
  • Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
