Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide overnight nursing care for youth in a secure correctional facility. The RN will assess patient health, administer medications and treatments, respond to emergencies, and maintain accurate medical documentation while ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and respond to youth health concerns.
Perform intake health screenings for newly admitted youth.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Obtain and process blood, urine, and other specimen samples.
Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions and vital signs.
Provide direct patient care and emergency medical care when needed.
Coordinate treatment plans with healthcare team members.

Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Administer vaccinations and assist with annual TB skin testing.
Ensure medical supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Arizona.
Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience.
Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and patient care skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and respond effectively in emergency situations.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Corrections Nursing experience.
