In addition to nursing/caregiving for pediatric and adult patients with disabilities. Join our growing team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses! Open Positions: FT Day shift- RN or LPN Why you should join our team: No weekends or holidays Limited On-Call 401K Eligibility after 30 days of employment with employer match Insurance effective the first of the month following 30 days of employment Competitive Pay Mileage Reimbursement HORIZON'S HOME CARE NURSE POSITION SUMMARY: Provide quality, skilled nursing in accordance with the orders of a physician and under a plan of care in a patient's home. Has the responsibility for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counsel, care, and health teaching of the ill, injured, or confined, and the maintenance of health and prevention of illness of others. Rate of pay will range based on experience.

Requirements

Current Indiana RN or LPN license in good standing with the Indiana State Board of Nursing
CPR Certification
BLS Certification
Must be a graduate of an RN or LPN program from an accredited school
Must possess and maintain a current, and in good standing, license with the Indiana State Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse or registered nurse
Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with State and/or organization requirements and is in good working order
