This position coordinates and manages all patient care aspects of departmental operations for the following departments within OneCore Health: Inpatient, Pre Admit, ER and Case Management. Consults with staff, physicians, and other departments on nursing problems and interpretation of OneCore Health's policies and procedures to ensure that patient needs are met. Responsible for staffing, orientation, clinical education, competency evaluation, and policies and procedures related to the identified clinical areas.

Requirements

Licensed as an RN in the state of Oklahoma
Licensed as an RN in the state of Oklahoma. BSN or Master's degree in nursing or related discipline preferred. Demonstrated leadership in similar positions will be considered in lieu of master's degree. 2-5 years of management experience preferred. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Experience with regulatory compliance (Medicare, OSHA, State Health Department). Computer skills. Controlled substance/narcotic management knowledge. Healthcare policy development and implementation experience.
