About this role
S pectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a short-term Registered Nurse Disease Managers (RNDM). These is completely remote positions, working entirely from the Nurse’s home, however, its an 8 week assignement, that could lead to a longer assignement. The Nurse will be performing assessments, education and training to coordinate care for the dependents of our Nation’s Active Duty and eligible retirees.
Requirements
Bachelors Nursing Degree Hawaii state license and its preferred to have an additional state nurse license, preferably compact state licensure, but not required. At least 2 years’ experience working as an RNDM, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment with Behavioral Health Experience strongly preferred. Preferred: Possess current certification in disease-management related area such as: Chronic Care Professional (CCP) by Health Sciences Institute Certified Health Coach (CHC) by National Society of Health Coaches Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) by National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators Certified Asthma Educator (AE-C) by National Asthma Educator Certification Board Highly organized, self-directed worker able to function in a high-volume environment without distractions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient level of experience with Microsoft Office applications and strong technical aptitude. Must have access to secure, high speed internet.
