Come be a leader in our newly established Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC) located in Radnor, PA! In this role, you will supervise the VCOC staff, operations, and team collaboration in providing efficient patient flow and management of bed capacity. You will also collaborate with campus and VCOC leadership to develop and integrate both real time and trends in key metrics and outcomes related to capacity management and efficient patient flow. Your leadership makes all the difference!

Supervisor, Virtual Care Operation Center (VCOC)
Shift:
7:00am - 7:00pm with an every 4th weekend rotation
Experience:
1. 3-5 years inpatient RN experience.
2. 2 years supervisory experience.
Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
2. RN required, critical care preferred
