Schedule
PRN, 12-hr. shifts. Woodland Springs is part of Lifepoint Health. Seeking a Registered Nurse RN to support the department with clinical, operational, and administrative excellence. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, shift supervision, staff oversight, medication administration, and delivering quality nursing care following hospital policies. Serves children, adolescents, adults, and seniors with inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment programs.

Requirements
- RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required
- Current RN license as required by state regulations
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
- De-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire
- Previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action
