We're seeking two dedicated RNs to rotate weekend coverage, providing consistent leadership and clinical oversight every Saturday and Sunday.

What You'll Do
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Ensure high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assess residents, respond to changes in condition, and assist with clinical decision-making
- Coordinate care with the Director of Nursing, physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Mentor, coach, and support nurses and CNAs to promote teamwork and accountability
- Monitor staffing, workflow, and resident safety throughout the shift
- Complete accurate, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Promote infection prevention, resident rights, and a culture of compassionate, resident-centered care
Qualifications
- Current Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least one year of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Passion for providing exceptional care to seniors
