One Stop Nursing Registry is seeking *experienced Florida Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)* for *immediate facility staffing assignments* in the Cutler Bay area.
We are looking for dependable professionals with experience in *Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care* who are ready to begin accepting assignments immediately.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a facility setting

Required Credentials
- Active Florida LPN License
- *Active AHCA Level 2 Background Screening in the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse*

- Current Health Assessment (completed within the last 6 months)
- Current Florida DOEA Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) Training, as applicable
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Reliable transportation
