Faith Medical Services is currently seeking a *reliable and compassionate nurse* to provide 1:1 care for a medically complex adult with significant physical and developmental disabilities located in Dacula for an overnight shift.

- Non-verbal and fully dependent on caregivers for daily care
- Seizure disorder requiring close monitoring
- G-J tube for nutrition and medications
- VP shunt and VNS requiring monitoring
- Dysphagia and aspiration precautions
- Limited mobility; uses a wheelchair and requires Hoyer lift transfers
- Bowel and bladder incontinence
- Requires continuous 1:1 supervision

Responsibilities
*
- Monitor and document seizures and changes in condition
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects
- Manage G-J tube feedings, medications, and water flushes
- Monitor for aspiration and respiratory issues; administer nebulizer treatments as ordered
- Provide skin care and pressure injury prevention
- Assist with bowel and bladder care
- Safely perform Hoyer lift transfers and wheelchair positioning
- Maintain seizure, aspiration, and infection-control precautions
- Educate and support family/caregivers with the client’s care
- Follow physician orders and care plans
- Document care and communicate changes to the healthcare team
