As a Registered Nurse (RN) you are responsible for providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with our policies and procedures. Responsibilities include enhancing clinical care and quality of life of residents, preparing and administering medications, checking residents daily, keeping RN Supervisor informed, implementing recommended changes, administering professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, applying and changing dressings/bandages, colostomy and drainage bags, taking blood, sputum, and urine specimens, completing record keeping forms/charts, giving and receiving nursing reports, investigating complaints and grievances, and adhering to policies and standards.
