Key Requirements and Technology
Experience:
Key skills; Registered Nurse, CPR certification, HIPA
At least one year of primary care or hospital nursing experience.
Experience in other healthcare settings (i.e. pediatrics, home health, etc.) is certainly welcome and isn't necessarily a dealbreaker.
They typically aren't interested in candidates whose work history consists primarily of travel nursing or contract assignments.
A stable work history, with a minimum of 1–2 years in their current or most recent role.
Once the candidate has accepted the temp-to-perm offer and has been cleared to begin onboarding, they need copies of the following:
PPD skin test or QuantiFERON blood test results (completed within the last 12 months)
Current RN license
Current CPR certification
HIPAA course completion certificate
