Responsibilities:
The LVN/LPN provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring clinical competence within the scope of practice in accordance with state requirements. In collaboration with the healthcare team, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LVN/LPN works to maintain safety, provide patient comfort and care and improve the overall patient experience in the medical surgical setting.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state license.
2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. IV certification upon hire (state specific).

Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $28.00 to $37.68. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
