3×12-hour shifts Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

- Beds: 51
- Staff: 120
- Day Shift: 18 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 2 RTs, 1 Tech
- Night Shift: 18 RNs, 1 Charge RN, 2 RTs
- Patient Ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, 1:4
- EMR: Cerner
- Unit: Level III+ NICU
Requirements
- 2+ years of Level III or higher NICU experience preferred
- NRP certification required
- Strong attention to detail and organization

Dress Code
- Navy blue scrubs
Ideal Candidate: Experienced NICU RN with Level III+ NICU experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable caring for high-acuity neonatal patients.
