About this role

On behalf of CNS Cares, this position is responsible for the oversight of State clinical compliance. Additionally, this position is responsible for ensuring CNS's Home Health Agency (HHA) licensure remains in good status in the state. Essential functions include ensuring all assigned nurses work no more than 60 hours per week, implementing quality improvement changes for patient care, overseeing state licensure and compliance, setting professional and ethical practices for home care personnel, delegating tasks, ensuring supervisory personnel are hired and educated, collaborating with Quality Assurance Program RN, assisting with quality initiatives, serving as clinical point person for regulatory surveys, participating in public relations and community activities, providing direct patient care as described in state regulations for RN, performing chart audits, and maintaining clinical compliance percentage of 95% or above.
