We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health team. The RN is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents with both medical and psychiatric needs. This role includes medication administration, monitoring complex behaviors, completing assessments, developing care plans, and responding promptly to changes in condition. The RN collaborates closely with the interdisciplinary team to support resident safety, stabilization, and overall well-being. Ideal candidates have strong clinical judgment, excellent de-escalation skills, and the ability to work effectively with residents experiencing dementia, mood disorders, and other behavioral health diagnoses. Must be dependable, patient-centered, and comfortable working in a fast-paced LTC environment.
