Overview

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN license in the state or compact licensure, meeting all licensing requirements
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or other unit-specific credentials as required
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements
