About this role
Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN) for a top healthcare services client. This individual will provide hands-on patient care in a clinic setting, supporting Providers through patient screening, treatment administration, education, and follow-up care.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional patient experiences, and collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care.
Day-to-Day
- Provide direct patient care under Provider or RN guidance
- Screen patients and monitor symptoms and health needs
- Assist Providers with treatment plans and follow-up care
- Perform IV therapy and administer prescribed treatments (as applicable)
- Educate patients on conditions, care plans, and preventive health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in medical records
- Support post-hospital and post-ER follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and company policies
- Initiate emergency procedures when necessary
Required skills and experience
- Active Florida RN license
- CPR / BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong patient communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
Nice to have skills and experience
- Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN)
- Prior experience in outpatient or clinic-based settings
