Insight Global is seeking a Clinic Nurse (RN) for a top healthcare services client. This individual will provide hands-on patient care in a clinic setting, supporting Providers through patient screening, treatment administration, education, and follow-up care.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional patient experiences, and collaborates closely with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuity of care.
Day-to-Day:
• Provide direct patient care under Provider or RN guidance
• Screen patients and monitor symptoms and health needs
• Assist Providers with treatment plans and follow-up care
• Perform IV therapy and administer prescribed treatments (as applicable)
• Educate patients on conditions, care plans, and preventive health
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in medical records
• Support post-hospital and post-ER follow-ups
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, and company policies
• Initiate emergency procedures when necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active Florida RN license

• CPR / BLS certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• High school diploma or GED (minimum)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong patient communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (RN)
• Prior experience in outpatient or clinic-based settings
