Manages activities, workflow and nursing resources of assigned nursing unit(s). Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. Conducts hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff. Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services. Develops and implements policies and procedures. Monitors and adheres to budget.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Two years' registered nurse experience with demonstrated progressive leadership responsibility OR one year of registered nurse experience plus one year of leadership experience
BLS HCP - American Heart Association (AHA) certification
Registered Nurse (RN) license - Missouri Division of Professional Registration or Compact State
Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) accepted
