Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive assessments and reassessments, documenting findings accurately.
  • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized care plans based on assessment data and standards of care.
  • Administer medications, monitor IV fluids, and collaborate on patient care activities.
  • Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and culturally sensitive care.
  • Recognize and respond to patient condition changes, manage pain, and implement specialized care such as restraints and abuse assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and performance improvement practices.
  • Communicate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and foster teamwork and respect among colleagues.
